National campaign for Unite Students, to highlight the benefits and lifestyle that comes with lving at Unite Students properties

  • Encourage existing customers in their first year of living with Unite Students, to book for an additional year with their friends, with the launch of the new online booking tool.

  • Unite Students is the leading provider of student accommodation in the UK, providing homes for 74000 students, across 25 cities.

  • With a young adult target audience in mind, the campaign concept was built on the theory of ‘playful, fun and sharable’ trends involving meme’s, GIFs and puns that are so often shared by that generation online.

    The results were a significant uptake in booking and greater engagement across Unite Students social media platforms.
